The International Association for Distance Learning promotes excellence in open, distance, and online learning worldwide, and provides a benchmark through which global consumers can gauge the quality of courses offered by members. As a proud member of IADL we are again showing our commitment to offer quality training courses and have had an appraisal of our administrative procedures, methods of course delivery, and educational and publicity materials. We have been assessed to ensure that our students receive a product which is consistent with the values and policies set by the IADL.
AFWPI is an international association which provides great opportunities for us as an Academy. We abide by a code of ethics and are able to network both virtually and sometimes face to face with other members, which allow us access to another level of professionals. We are an Education Partner of AFWPI and our students can enjoy a discounted Student Membership through the Academy which ensures our students are working with all the latest tools and trends.
We have recently become members of the Learning Resources Network to show our commitment. As a member of LERN the Academy is able to demonstrate it's professionalism and commitment to excellence within it's training programs. LERN is an international association of lifelong learning programming, offering information and resources to providers of lifelong learning programs.
We will of course be attending the Special Event Show which has moved to Phoenix for 2011. This is the place for the industry to get together from all around the world to talk about all things events, keep updated on trends, mix with industry greats and stay educated. We will come away with many pearls of wisdom to share with you both in terms of our course material and blogs.
