Event Set UpFrom when a client first approaches you with their event brief to helping them create a concept, control the budget and run the event itself, you will experience firsthand the expertise, creative mind and staying power required that comes with being an Event Planner. You will also have the option to include training and a 3 month all access license to America’s leading web based event planning software, Event Magic Pro, as part of your course materials. This will then be incorporated within your course assignments.

Your course will include 16 assignments, 14 of which are based on authentic event briefs. These assignments will lead you through every stage of planning an event from an Awards Ceremony to a 4 day Conference. You will be expected to treat your tutor as your client and the assignment you submit as your proposal.

ConferenceEffectively you are building yourself a portfolio as you make your way through the course, allowing you to hit the ground running upon graduation. The last two assignments in the course focus on starting your own Event Planning business and gaining employment within the industry.
