Until now there hasn’t been a certificate course that is purely dedicated to the inner workings of Event Design. The Event Design Certificate will take you on an unbelievable journey into this field of special event.
From when a client first approaches you with their event idea to creating and designing the event, you will experience firsthand the complexities and excitement that comes with being an Event Designer.
You will work with our branded design software ‘Event Designer Space Planner’, as part of your course materials and be given access to our Virtual Campus.
Your entire course will be based around an ongoing assignment - a Company Awards Dinner. Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to put together the complete design for this event. You will be asked to interpret your client’s initial brief, brainstorm and create a concept, put together a client proposal, source an appropriate venue, design your vision of the event within our software program and produce a client presentation. Your ‘job’ will be to take the design aspect of this event from start to finish as part of your course.
The Event Design Certificate is the most hands-on and comprehensive course available in America and it will equip students with the knowledge they need to work as professionals in the Events Industry. The course is completely self-contained and will give you a defined career path at the end of it. Our tutors will be by your side every step of the way and through our Virtual Campus you will feel as though you have attended class without the hassle of ever having to leaving your desk.
